1. Cancellation Requests

• All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official email or customer support.
• Cancellation requests are considered valid only after they have been acknowledged and confirmed by our team.
• The date on which we receive your cancellation request will be treated as the official cancellation date.

2. Tour Package Cancellation

Customers may cancel their tour package before the scheduled departure date. The following cancellation charges generally apply unless otherwise specified at the time of booking:

Certain promotional offers, discounted packages, festive packages, and special deals may be non-cancellable or non-refundable. Such conditions will be communicated during booking.

3. Flight, Train and Bus Ticket Cancellation

Cancellation of flight, train, and bus tickets is governed by the policies of the respective airline, railway authority, or transport operator.

Applicable cancellation charges, convenience fees, and supplier deductions will be applied according to their terms.

4. Hotel Booking Cancellation

Hotel reservations are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel or accommodation provider.

Cancellation charges imposed by the hotel will be deducted from any eligible refund.

5. Customized Holiday Packages

Customized or tailor-made holiday packages are planned specifically for individual customer requirements.

Once bookings are confirmed with hotels, transport providers, guides, or other vendors, cancellation charges may be significantly higher or the booking may become non-cancellable depending on supplier policies.

6. Modification of Bookings

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, passenger details, hotel selections, or package inclusions are subject to:

• Availability
• Approval from service providers
• Applicable fare differences
• Additional modification charges

We cannot guarantee that all requested changes will be possible after booking confirmation.

7. Cancellation by NEXVENZA TOUR AND TRAVELS

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Adverse weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Political unrest
• Safety concerns
• Operational issues
• Insufficient participation in group tours

Where possible, customers may be offered:

• An alternative travel date,
• A comparable tour package, or
• A refund of the recoverable amount after deduction of any non-refundable charges imposed by third-party service providers.

8. No-Show Policy

No refund or credit will be provided if the customer:

• Fails to report at the departure point on time.
• Misses the flight, train, bus, or tour due to personal reasons.
• Chooses not to participate in any part of the booked itinerary after the trip has commenced.

Unused services during the tour are non-refundable.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for cancellations or travel disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Landslides
• Pandemics
• Government regulations
• War or civil unrest
• Airline operational disruptions
• Transportation strikes
• Severe weather conditions

Any cancellation or refund in such cases will be subject to the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other service providers.
